1. Purpose

To measure and monitor conforming processes, to confirm the ability of processes to consistently meet performance expectations, and to continuously improve the quality management system.

2. Scope

Customer related, purchasing, production, storage, installation and service processes.

3. Authority and Responsibility

3.1 According to the management responsibilities of the Quality Manual.

3.2 The Quality Assurance and Engineering Department shall take the lead in assisting other departments.

5. Contents

5.2 Selection of quality objectives related to the process of measuring pointers and benchmarks

When each department sets up the departmental quality objectives, it should set up corresponding measurement indexes, benchmarks, and related implementation plans according to the process categories. Regular performance reviews shall be conducted during and at the end of the plan.

5.3 Customer-related processes should collect data and produce management reports for different customer categories.

5.3.1 Customer satisfaction.

5.3.2 Customer complaint status.

5.4 Purchasing process should collect data to produce management reports for product purchasing performance.

5.4.1 Supplier evaluation.

5.4.2 Basic supplier data.

5.5 Production, storage and transport processes should produce management reports for quality and production performance.

5.5.1 Process semi-finished products and finished products inspection status fill in <<_____ inspection daily form>>.

5.5.2 Work order completion status.

5.5.3 Achievement of quality objectives of each department.

5.6  量测与监督
5.6.1各部门应依据《数据分析管理程序》定期进行绩效差异分析。
5.6.2稽核小组应依据《内部质量稽核程序》定期稽核质量管理系统﹐是否有效实施和维持﹐并持续符合国际标准要求。
5.7  持续改善
依各流程绩效差异之状况采取矫正及预防措施﹐于每月质量委员会中检讨﹐最后与内稽结果一并列入管理审查会议。
5.8  有关记录依《质量记录管理程序》办理。
