All product manufacturing and testing standards adhere to the commonly used EIA-364-C and INF-8044I standards for connector products. The following outlines the fundamental performance requirements of our standard SFP fiber connectors. SFP Fiber Cage: Name: SFP Fiber Connector Shield Performance Reference Standards: EIA-364-C and INF-8044I Function: This product is utilized in data communication network interfaces to facilitate signal connections between SFP modules and motherboards, as well as to secure SFP modules. Performance Requirements: 1. Material Characteristics:   1.1 Shielding Shell Material: Typically composed of copper alloy with a thickness of 0.25 ± 0.05 mm.   2. Shielding Shell Coating: Nickel plating ≥ 100 µin.   3. Plastic Shell Material: Glass-reinforced thermoplastic or LCP.   4. Plastic Shell Color: Black.   5. Plastic Shell Fire Rating: UL94V-0.   6. Signal Contact Terminal Material and Surface Treatment: Phosphor bronze with nickel plating ≥ 50 µin., gold plating ≥ 15 µin.   7. Crimping Terminal Area: Nickel plating ≥ 50 µin., gold plating ≥ 100 µin.   8. Compliant with ROHS standards. 2. Mechanical Properties:   1. SFP Module Insertion/Withdrawal Force: Maximum insertion force ≤ 40N; maximum withdrawal force ≤ 11.5N.   2. SFP Module Holding Force: 90N to 170N.   3.
